Q : I have made my purchase . When will I receive it?
A : All orders should take around 3-5 working days and 5-8 working days for
personalize item from the estimated date of shipment given. This excludes
weekends & public holidays.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong/defect product? :
A: We are so sorry for that! Please drop an email to
info@thepentagonstore.com with your order ID and we'll look into it for
you. All items mailed back must be unused, unwashed,and with its tags
intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or
refund will be issued.

Q: It's been over weeks since my order shipped and I have yet to receive
anything.
A: Please check your order status with the tracking number you were
provided with. If you are unable to track your order, please email us at
info@thepentagonstore.com with all your order details.

Q: Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?
A: Yes, Please contact us to amend or to cancel within 3 hours time frame after payment confirmed. Drop us an email with your queries right after your purchase.We reserves the right of final decision in case of amendment cancellation. 

Q: How do I make payment?
A: We accept only ipay88, bank transfer and e-wallet. Other country payment option please email us at info@thepentagonstore.com

Q: Will an item be restocked?
A: We do our best to bring back depending on demands. Write to us at
info@thepentagonstore.com

Q: What is the packaging come with?
A: All orders come with a box, storage bag and care card. We provide complimentary of note card / wishing card upon request. You can add the notes upon check out.

 

Shipping

Q: Where can I self collect my parcel?
A: This option is not available

Q: I want my order ASAP, do you have next day delivery?
A: We do not offer next day delivery but if needed please drop us your request and we will try to ship out ASAP.

Q: How much is the postage fee charged?
A: The final postage will be calculated upon check out. If your County is not in the list please email us at info@thepentagonstore.com for exact the postage fees.
We do not ship to Australia, Japan and US.

Q: I've made a mistake and need to change my shipping address. How do I do it?
A : You can make changes to your shipping address up to an hour after purchasing. Just drop an email to info@thepentagonstore.com with your order details and new shipping address.

Q: How do I track my package?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email upon item processed. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of making your purchase kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder or please drop an email with your order number.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
