About Personalization
Personalization is our name for monogramming or a way of personalizing your purchase with us. We’re all about making it personal here at Pentagon and we feel that embossing your initials or symbols on to your bag makes it more special.

Letters & Symbols
Add your initial or a symbol to your bag for something fun and personal. We offer the characters (A-Z in lower case and capital letters) and the following symbols(.,&?!@).

Placement & Font
The placement of the personalization and font type are as per our product gallery.Please refer to the product image on the item for your references.

Due to the shape of some letters and symbols, they may appear to have wider spaces between them (this isn’t the case). Please note the spacing and height of your embossing may vary slightly from as every character is on an individual block. Our team work hard to ensure your embossing looks as pleasant as possible.

Before you order
Please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower case letters when adding personalization to your order as we will personalize exactly what is entered online and we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalized.

Exchange or return
